Writing Project 2 Proposal

Writing Project 2 Proposal

Q Proposal Directions For this assignment, you will be submitting a 2-page proposal about your chosen topic for the upcoming essay. This early proposal gives me time to review your topic, give any guidance necessary, and check-in before we get too invested in the process of researching and writing. Questions to Consider Prompt 1: • What is the specific problem that you're trying to solve? • What incentives currently exist to solve this problem? Would changing or removing any of these incentives solve the problem? Why or Why Not? • What new incentives (if any) are you planning to introduce? • When changing incentives, there is always a risk of creating new problems. What new issues might arise from the changes that you're proposing (either through new incentives, removed incentives, or changed incentives)? Prompt 2: • Briefly explain the conventional wisdom that you're interested in exploring. • What's so convenient about this conventional wisdom? What purpose does it serve? Who does it help (and who might it harm?) • What research have you found to disprove this conventional wisdom? Assignment Guidelines: In order to receive full credit, the assignment will accomplish all of the following: • Answer/address all of the questions above (depending on the topic you've chosen) • Submit answers in a typed MLA formatted document of at least 2 full pages Notes and things to keep in mind: • Think of this as a 2-page mini version of your essay, if that helps. • If you don't have definitive answers to one of the questions, tell me about what you're planning to research or what you're interested in investigating further. • it's perfectly okay to use first person in this proposal. • Students often re-use parts of the proposal to at least get a start on the actual essay, so keep that in mind as we move forward with this project. For any kind of project to work correctly, there is a need to implement a particular process. It involves looking into every area where improvement is required and making corrections so the project runs smoothly and efficiently. But it is not that simple as it seems; almost every process has flaws. Finding the root cause is easy as we can analyze it by gathering data based on stats. The tricky part is implementing new incentives or altering the implemented ones, as the outcome is hypothetical. We are not sure about what is going to happen; we are just predicting. With that being said, education is an essential aspect of one's life, but unfortunately, there are s few problems in the educational system.
